At skinnieminnie we are committed to protecting your privacy and only collect and use information to process your order effectively and efficiently to provide you with the best possible service.

This includes:

• telephone no.
• email address

We never have access to your credit card details as these are given through Paypal – secure online payment. The secure padlock will appear at the bottom of your window letting you know you are on a secure page. The details cannot be accessed by anyone. Paypal uses SSL (Secure socket layer) 128 bit encryption key (highest level commercially available). We also accept cheque which should be sent with you name and address on the reverse and order no. if applicable. Credit card details are not accepted over the phone.

Terms & Conditions

Orders & payments:
You can place an order either online by email, post a cheque or telephone. Simply click on “contact us” and fill in your details mentioning what it is you would like to order.  We will reply to you to discuss your requirements and costing. All postage will be extra and sent using Royal Mails’ Special Delivery or 1st Class post – depending on what you prefer or size of order.

Contact us for quotation:
If you order online you will be sent a payment request by email where then you can pay securely by Paypal on their site. Full payment needs to be received and cleared before work can be started.

Proof / Sample:
A sample or proof can be provided if you are uncertain about the style or format. This will usually be sent to you in the form of a digital photo, sent by email for speed and efficiency. Normal delivery varies from 1 week – 4 weeks depending on order size and availability. If there is a need for your order to be made quicker, please don’t hesitate to contact us, as small requests can usually be carried out depending on work load and supplies.               

Please note: If payment is not received within 14 days of your order it will be cancelled.
